Laser
A computer controlled laser that removes material from a flat, curved, concave or convex surface. Used for part numbering/text, logos, graphics and decorative patterns.
- Marks numbers, text, graphics and bar codes on flat, curved and compound surfaces
- Ideally suited for hard or delicate surfaces
- Available in CO2 and Nd:Yag laser versions
The Laservall Violino line of CW / Q-switched (up to 200KHz) Nd:YAG / YV04 fiber-coupled, diode-pumped solid state laser marking sources and systems come in compact, easy-to-operate 5W, 10W and 20W models at 1064nm, 8W at 532nm, and 4W at 355nm. Laservall's innovative "M3" (Marking Matched Mode) design philosophy, aimed at optimizing laser beam mode quality for marking and other high-precision applications, assures the high-output efficiency (30-40%) and excellent beam quality (M2 < 1.2-2) needed for high speed precision marking on virtually any material, including all metals and most plastics.
Violino Series laser sources and systems are low-maintenance, requiring no consumable flashlamps. Complete air-cooling eliminates the need for an external chiller or city water. The average life of the diode pump module is between 10,000-15,000 working hours. The Violino is available in two configurations, either as an OEM "marker" (above) complete with scanning head, Laservall laser marking software and DSP card (layout), OR as a strict OEM laser source without scanning head software or DSP.
